Mongkhol Suvarnachatri

Mongkhol Suvarnachatri

Fans of surrealism art will find Mongkhol’s work appealing. The artist assimilated the familiar images of recognised great works of art like Botticelli’s Venus and Michaelangelo’s statue of David in his surreal paintings. He brings all those images and experiences which are from his own different feelings and emotion, linking them altogether in one scene to a new space. They are unnerving and illogical, yet painted with photographic precision.
